Steve Fitts
General Manager – South Carolina

Steve has over 30 years of experience as a paramedic. He initially earned his National Registry Paramedic license while attending the U.S. Army’s Special Forces Medical Sergeants course. After graduating, Steve served ten (10) years in the Army with the 3rd Special Forces Group and two years in 1st Special Forces Detachment-Delta.

After his time in service of our country, Steve entered into civilian EMS in South Carolina, where he has served as a tactical medic, field training officer, shift training officer, Lieutenant of Education and Training for a large health system, and seven years as a flight paramedic.

Most recently Steve was the EMS Coordinator for a large health system that provides all acuity services. He holds a South Carolina paramedic instructor certificate, has a Bachelors in Emergency Management and is currently working towards his Masters degree in Leadership. Steve also maintains his Flight Paramedic and Tactical Paramedic certifications from the BCCTPC.
